製品がぶつかった事によって折れた事は理解します
しかしながら、ばらばらになってしまうことは理解できません
なぜ、ばらばらになってしまったと考えられるかを教えて下さい
製品に欠陥があるのではないでしょうか?
I understand there is a possibility that the product would be damaged due to a shock.
However, it is not conceivable that the product would be completely disassembled.
Could you please give me a reason why this is conceivable?
