（アンケート結果を受けて）1位は断トツでラーメンでした！ラーメンは日本でも人気。多くのラーメン屋さんが多く軒を連ねています。そういうこともあり競争の中で生き残るのはとても難しい。本当に美味しいラーメンを提供して人々を満足させる店でないと生き残って長く店を続けてるのは難しいのです。それが外国人にとって日本のラーメンが他の国に比べて美味しいと思う理由であり日本のラーメンが本物のラーメンと呼ばれる所以ではないかと私は思う。日本のラーメン、一度皆さんも日本に来たら食べてみて下さい

(Getting the survey results) And the winner by far was ramen! Ramen is popular in Japan too. Many ramen shops stand side-by-side. As such it's hard to survive in such competition. It's tough for a ramen shop to last long if it doesn't have really good ramen and satisfied customers. That's the reason Japanese ramen is so good compared to other countries and why I think Japanese ramen can be called "real ramen." Everyone, be sure to try some Japanese ramen when you come to Japan!

(Based on the survey) Ramen was selected as the most favorite, and the clear number one food. Ramen is popular also among Japanese. We find many Ramen shops everywhere so, it is hard to compete and survive under this circumstances. Unless you provide a real tasty Ramen and make your customer happy, it will be difficult to keep your shop. This is why foreigner thinks that Ramen they try in Japan tastes better than anywhere else and is referred as being a genuine. Why not try Ramen once, when you visit Japan?
