just three times we called DHL and claimed. Unfortunately is there only a
callcenter, they transfer the claim to the freightcenter and it takes some
days for getting answer. We are not able to reach them on direct way, also
not DHL. Please see attachment: today we also applied for inquiry by written
form. Shipment not scanned since 02nd July.
