■電話の受付
会社のエントランスに、固定電話を置くということは、20世紀のような、古臭い印象を与えてしまいます。
電話機の横にある社員の内線番号を書いた紙もクールじゃありませんし、
社員名の羅列＝名前を覚えているだろ！、という前提が、非常にナンセンスです。
■無人受付システム
ダサすぎて、問題外です。
世界中であのダサさは、共有されます。
■女性がいる受付
社員の名前を覚えていることが前提であるが故に、よくある受付の風景。
訪問者「田中さまと約束しているんですが、」
What are traditional receptions like?
■ Phone Reception
A fixed phone in a company's entrance giving an old-fashioned impression like it's the 20th century.
It's neither cool having a piece of paper with the employee extension numbers written on it beside the phone nor does the assumption make sense that a list of employee names = they will remember the name.
■ Unmanned Reception System
Uncool and unthinkable.
Such lack of sophistication is shared all over the world.
■ With Receptionists
The common reception scenario though there is the assumption that visitors remember employee's names.
Visitor: "I have an appointment with Mr. Tanaka."
