FaceTouch は、タッチパネルディスプレイに社員の顔写真を表示し、来訪者がアポイント相手の顔写真をタッチして呼び出す、受付システムです。呼び出しは、PCの常駐アプリ※や携帯電話へのメールを通して、直接担当者に通知されます。
※一般的なアプリと異なり、社員の呼び出しにしか使用できないため、情報漏洩の心配はありません。
社員・部署データの登録・編集や、各種設定などは、全てウェブ上の管理画面から行うことが可能。
ユーザーの権限は、一般ユーザーと管理者ユーザーを設定することが可能。
FaceTouch is a reception system that displays photos of your employee's faces on your touch panel display and calls when clients touch the appointed person's photo. Calls are sent through emails to permanent PC applications* or cellphones, notifying the person directly.
*Unlike typical applications, it can only be used to call employees so there is no fear of an information leak.
Data registration and collection of employees and positions along with all option settings can be done from the control page on the website.
User authority can be set as either a general user or as administrator.
