I discussed with A about your schedule. Everything is fine except the accommodation fee for the 5th, on your off day. We won’t be able to cover that expense but, would it be all right? We will bear the expense for the day of arrival and the day of the event. I’m sorry but please check again since we have a limited budget.

I discussed the schedule for your stay with A. There aren't any issues with the schedule, but we will not be able to cover your lodging expenses for the off day on the 5th. Is this okay with you?
