It is possible to send items from Japan to US army bases using other forms of delivery besides EMS. I've checked using your address, and I was told that there shouldn't be a problem using Japan Post. However, I was told that some problems had occurred when it went through Los Angeles. When sending from Japan to addresses related to the U.S. Army, shipping methods other than EMS can usually be used.
