As mentioned in the earlier email, I cannot speak English at all. This email is sent to you after some translation help. If possible, I would like to complete the transaction via email. It would also be helpful if I could talk to a Japanese-speaking staff over the phone. I need the item that I have purchased urgently as it is a birthday present for my friend and I planned to give it on May 27th. Thank you for your cooperation.
