電話をかけていただいたとの事ですが、着信はありませんでした。登録してあるMY-ADDRESSESを確認しましたが、私の携帯電話番号に間違いはありませんでした。
先程のメールにも書きましたが、私は英語が全く話せません。このメールは翻訳して送っています。できればメールでのやり取りか、日本語が話せるスタッフからお電話いただけると助かります。購入した商品は、友人への誕生日プレゼントで5月27日に渡す予定なので急いでいます。よろしくお願いいたします。
