このヘッドフォンは初期不良で私のお客様から返品されました。

片方しか聞こえないというのが理由です。

私も確認したところ、

片方が音は鳴っていますが、反対側と比べて極端に小さいです。

ですので、バランスが均一ではないので、初期不良だと思います。

Our customer return this headphone as it is early failure.

The customer said only one side of it can be heard.

I checked and one side can be heard but extremely small sound comparing to other side.

So the balance is not the eqaul and this should be early failure.
