I am sorry for the trouble caused.
It is almost impossible to find Japanese items not needing initialization.
I hear there is a big difference in voltage and current in the U.S. depending on building types.
If you are not able to use it even if you try it elsewhere, kindly return the item to me.
Thereafter, I would like to arrange to refund you or to resend the item. It's all up to you to decide.
Kindly return the item with everything as it was before such as its box and instruction manual.
Also, please indicate the item as an "item needing repair" and its price as "$ 10.00" when returning the item.
