③ TCPを通して、メディア・雑誌・媒体に出演あるいは演技が決定するその度に、TCPは甲と利益の配分の話し合いをするものとする。ただし、利益が発生しない活動については、甲への支払いの義務はないものとする。
④ 甲の芸能活動を円滑に進める為のTCPからの連絡事項に対しては、極力早く返信または連絡をするものとする。
⑤ 甲はTCPの所属モデルとして、日々の美への追求、マインドの探究を怠らず、ファッションリーダーとしての自覚を持って情報発信するものとする。
(3) Each time as booking or acting in media, magazines or other is settled, TCP shall discuss the profit share with the Second Party, However, TCP shall not be obligated to make payment to the Second for the non-profit business,
(4) To the messages given from TCP in an intention to facilitate the Second Party's show businesss, the Second Party shall send a reply or establish contact as soon as possible, and
(5) The Second Party shall, as a TCP's exclusive model, pursue beauty day-to-day and brush up its mind diligently, and send out information while being aware of itself as a fashin-leader.
