税関より連絡がきました。
SLENDERTONE と記載されている部分を全て削除するか、商品全てを破棄するかのいずれかになります。
現状ではその後にそちらへ送り返すことはできませんが、SLENDERTONE と記載してある部分の削除後にはそちらへ送り返すこともできます。SLENDERTONE の販売元へ提出できる証明書はありませんか？
また、証明書がない場合は上記の対応になりますがいかが致しますか？

It can not be sent back under the present condition, but can be sent back after the deletion of the listed part of SLENDERTONE. Is there any certificate which can be submitted to the sales agency of SLENDERTONE?
