届いた荷物の外観にぶつけたり落としたりしたような痕跡は認められないので、
輸送中の事故ではなく、
最初から破損していたのではないでしょうか？
確認不足と思います。非常に残念です。

Today I received 3 sets of records.
However, the 5th record of Op.97 was cracked to large extent.
The cracked piece was not contained in the package.
Moreover, the 4th record of the set of Schuman was also cracked. The cracked piece of this record was contained in the package.
As the package cosmetically shows no sign which shows that the package was fallen or crashed, I suppose that it was not an accident during the transportation. It is supposed to be cracked before packing into the package.
I think you failed in confirming the status. It is very regretful.
I want to return these items.

I received 3 sets of record today. But the 5th one in Option 97 got a big crack. That cracked piece wasn' t in there. Also the 4th one in Schuman's sets got a crack, but this one got a broken piece.
I cannot see any trace showing that the package didn't look like being hit or fallen down, so I guess that it wasn't broken during the transit but all broken all along. I think you failed to make sure of it, so I'm so disappointed now. I'll return these, so send me an e-mail of official shipping address.
