最近、アブラハム・マズローの欲求５段階を社員に聞く機会があったが、やはり以前とは完全に違って来ている。老いも若きもそれぞれにその段階のプロセスが完全に無秩序になって来ている事だ。現代はまさしくパラダイムシフトの時代である。だから本音で双方し組して行きたいものだ。

There was an opportunity to ask an employee for the five phases of desires of Abraham Maslow, completely different from the past. The process of the stage becomes completely chaotic in both young and old. The present age is the times of the paradigm shift definitely. Therefore I want to work as both sides with the true intention.

I have recently had a chance to ask my employees about the five levels of Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. The people's views seem to have completely been changing. That means that the process of each level has become utterly disarrayed among all generations however young or old they are. This is an era of paradigm shifts. Then we would rather to cooperate with each other, speaking our minds.
