「新車販売、475万台で2年ぶり増加…2011年度」
日本自動車販売協会連合会と全国軽自動車販売協会が2日発表した2011年度の新車販売統計（速報）によると、総台数は前年度比3.3％増の475万3273台となった。年度でのプラスは2年ぶり。
11年度の新車販売は、東日本大震災からの生産が回復した昨年秋以降、増加に転じ、エコカー補助金が復活した12月からは大幅な伸びが続いた。ただ、プラスになったものの08年度から4年続きでの500万台割れとなった。
Japan's New Car Sales for FY2011 Increased to 4.75 Mil. after 2 Years of Decline
The total number of new-car sales in Japan for FY2011 increased 3.3 percent from the previous year to 4,753,273 units, the first growth in 2 years, according to the statistics (preliminary) published on April 2 by the Japan Automobile Dealers Association and the Japan Mini Vehicles Association.
The new vehicle sales turned to the growth after car production has recovered from the the Great East Japan Earthquake, and continued to increase significantly after the government’s subsidy program for eco-friendly cars resumed in December. The figures show a positive progress, however, the sales didn’t reach up to 5 million level for the fourth consecutive year since 2008.
総台数のうち、登録車は3.1％増の306万4336台と、2年ぶりのプラスになった。軽自動車は3.7％増の168万8937台で、5年ぶりの増加だった。
3月の総台数は前年同月比61.4％増の75万1888台と大幅に伸び、6か月連続のプラス。年間でもっとも需要の大きい3月の70万台超えは、08年以来となった。うち登録車は78.2％増の49万7959台、軽自動車は60.5％増の25万3929台だった。
Of the total, number of cars registered were 3,064,336 units, an increase of 3.1% and increased for the first time in two years. Minicars increased by 3.7% to 1,688,937 units and it was increased for the first time in five years.
The total number of cars increased significantly by 61.4% yoy, to 751,888 units in March. It is positive in six consecutive months. Over 700,000 units in March which has the heist demand in year, was the first time since 2008. Registered vehicles increased by 78.2%, to 497,959 units and minicars was 253,929 units, an increase of 60.5%.
