Unfortunately, there are cracks in all the sets. I'm not exactly sure whether it happened because of rough handling on the FedEx side, or because it was not packed properly. From what I see, I think your packing was not done properly. The box was too small and not enough bubble wraps. I've purchased wedgewood from England many times before, but I have never received them in such small box . I would like to either get my 174.99GBP back by PayPal, or change the sets with new ones.

The cardboard box you used is too small to pack the product.
And also that was short of cushion materials.
I have bought a lot of wedgewoods from the UK based distributers but they have never packed products in such a small box as this.
I want you to refund all the payment I made, 174.99GBP, via PayPal or exchange all the products to new ones that don't have any problems.
