It will take time to make all the moves necessary to get the most effective alignment of people. It is not something to rush, and every move should be evaluated carefully before making it, complete with plenty of input from employees. But once you have people placed in jobs that play to their strengths, the productivity of your employees will be higher than you ever thought possible.
