先日購入したLEGO8996ですが、受け取り状態を確認したところ、外箱が破れ、つぶれているところがありかなりひどい状態です。
状態がNEW、A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged itemというのを見て、写真で見た状態も綺麗だったから購入したが、実際に来た商品はあまりにもひどく、説明・写真の状態とは異なる部分がありこれは完全に詐欺と認識している。
すぐに外箱の綺麗な、未開封の商品を送ってください。

I checked the status of LEGO8996 when I received it, and found that the outer box was broken and some parts of the box were cracked. Its status was very bad.

As I inspect LEGO8996 that I purchased from you upon receiving the item, I have to say the item condition is terrible. There are several tears and damages to the item's original packaging (outer box).
I purchased this item based on your description as "NEW, A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item" as well as photos showing the good condition. But the actual item I received is far from what I saw on your description and photo. I consider this to be a fraudulent transaction.
