Actively improving existing skills to enhance quality and speed, or acquiring new skills.
Showing interest in and understanding unassigned projects.
Providing feedback on the design of unassigned projects; capable of securing continuous orders for projects with potential for continuation.
Earning trust from clients and team members through the quality and speed of deliverables, personality, communication skills, and contributions to internal/external activities.
Contributing to shaping TF’s design aesthetics.
Taking the lead in enhancing the technical skills of designer members.
