SBERBANKは規制対象外の銀行ですが、日本の銀行がロシアへの送金受付を規制しているので、SBERBANKに送金ができませんでした。
また、日本ではロシアから国際便の受付を停止しているので、荷物の受け取りも出来ません。
インボイスを送って頂きましたが、ウクライナ情勢が解決するまで取引は出来ない状況です。
私の注文はキャンセルしてください。

Due to Russia's invasion to Ukraine, SWIFT sanctions have been issued.
Although SBERBANK is not regulated, I cannot send money to SBERBANK since Japanese banks restrict money transfers to Russia.
In addition, I cannot receive parcels from Russia because Japan has stopped accepting international parcels from Russia.
Although I have received your invoice, I cannot proceed with the transaction until the situation in Ukraine is resolved.
So please cancel my order.
