４月からY社の研修に協力頂くため、契約を交わしたいとのご依頼ですが、今は契約できません
理由は以下です
・DX研修は４月１日に新設されるホールディングスの組織が企画し、運営は弊社が担当する
・Changさんに依頼したいのはDX研修の一部だが、研修をやるかやらないかは、ホールディングスが決める
・現在は経理部門がホールディングス他、各社の予算を調整中である

Dear Mr Chang, thank you for your email.
You mentioned that you would like to make a contract prior to the cooperation of holding a training course at Y company from this coming April, we are afraid that it cannot make it at this time.
The reason is for the following:
・The course for DX is planned by an organisation on new holdings which will be established on the 1st of April and we are going to conduct it.
・Although we would like to request for a part of the DX course to Mr Chang, the holdings decides whether it will be held or not.
・The budget for each enterprise including the holdings is under adjustment by the accounting department. Please allow a little more time for us.
Moreover, a notice of meeting for the 20th of February will be sent to you soon.
