本日、社内の担当者全員で緊急会議を行い、問題の原因と改善策について話し合いました。

複数の納品先がある納品プランの確定後に、一部の納品プランの数量に誤りがあることに気が付き、内容を変更するため一部の納品を削除してしまいました。

After finalizing the delivery plans with multiple destinations, we noticed that the quantity of some of the delivery plans was incorrect and we deleted some of the deliveries to change the content.
We deeply apologize for this.
Today, we had an emergency meeting with all the members in our company and discussed about causes of and measures against the problem.
We submit our improvement plan and therefore we would like you to check the detail as follows;

We noticed that there had been a mistake in the quantity of some delivery plans once we confirmed the delivery plans in which we had a multiple delivery destination, and that we deleted some of the delivery in order to revise them.
We had an urgent meeting with our all staff today and discussed the cause and measure of an issue closely. Therefore, we submit the document regarding a plan for improvement for your confirmation.

We have come across an error for the number of a part of the plan of delivery after confirming the plan of delivery with a plural number of the delivery addresses.
納品プランの確定前に行うべき納品内容の確認が、漏れてしまったことにより起きた人為的なミスです。
しかしながら、運用体制がしっかりしていれば防ぐことができた事象です。今後、FBA納品ポリシー違反が発生しないよう、社内の管理・運用体制を下記のとおり見直しました。
-問題を解決するために実行する措置
確定後の納品プランを誤って削除しないよう、納品内容の事前確認を下記のとおり行います。全ての対策を本日から実行しています
1.納品プラン作成前に、納品商品・数量など、納品内容のチェックを徹底する
However, this was an incident that could have been prevented if the operational system had been in place. In order to prevent future violations of the FBA delivery policy, we have reviewed our internal management and operational systems as follows.
-Action to be taken to resolve the issue
In order to prevent accidental deletion of confirmed delivery plans, the following steps will be taken to check delivery details in advance. All measures are being implemented from today.
1. Thoroughly check the delivery details, including the products and quantities to be delivered, before creating the delivery plan.
However, it could have been prevented if the operation system was sound. In order to prevent future violations of FBA delivery policy, we reviewed our internal management and operation system as follows.

In order not to accidentally delete the delivery plan after confirmation, we will confirm the delivery contents in advance as follows. We are implementing all measures from today.
1.Before preparing a delivery plan, thoroughly check the delivery details, such as the delivered products and quantities.
2.添付の“Amazon_Checklist_FINAL” を使用して、納品内容の確認を行う。
3.納品担当者は常に2名体制でダブルチェックを行い、ミスのないように確認してから納品作業を行う。
4.全ての納品に問題がないことを、納品統括責任者が最終確認を行う。
5.万が一変更が発生する事象が起きた場合は下記の納品ポリシーに従い、全ての納品を削除する

-今後、問題が発生しないようにするために講じる対策
1.上記の対策を担当者全員の会議で周知しました。

5.In the unlikely event that a change occurs, we will delete all deliveries in accordance with the following delivery policy.

- Measures to prevent future problems
1.The above measures were made known to all staff at the meeting.
今回のFBA納品ポリシー違反は全担当者が事態を重く受け止め、再発を防止するよう意思を統一しました。
2.FBA納品の作業状況を毎日報告し共有する会議を設定し、問題が起きていないか毎日確認できる体制にします。本日の終業から実行します。
3.担当者全員で、FBA納品ポリシーの内容を再度確認します。本日実行済みです。
4.不明点が発生した場合はすぐにセラーサポートに問い合わせ、内容の確認と指示を仰ぎます。
5.FBAの納品について、気がついたことや問題があれば随時内容をアップデートする。

5. Update the content of the FBA delivery as needed if there are any issues or problems that we notice.

3.All agents review FBA delivery policy again. It was done today.

本日ご指摘をいただく時点で、納品の一部削除をしてしまったプランが複数ありますが、今後の対策措置を講じることにより、将来作成する納品プランに問題が発生することはありません。
