弊社の法務からA社がアメリカの制裁対象企業にリストアップされていると指摘を受けました。
もし弊社が本プロジェクトを受注しても、日本の銀行がBond発行や入金の拒否をする可能性が高いです。
（製品を製作しても、お金の回収が出来ないリスクが高い）
そのため、大変申し訳御座いませんが、本件についてはお断りさせていただきたく存じます。
B社からも同じプロジェクトの引き合いを受領しておりますが、同じ理由でお断りさせていただいている状況です。
Our judicial affairs division pointed out that A company was listed for the sanctions in the US. If we receive an order for the project, the bank in Japan may reject the issuing of bond or payment(The production is carried out but there might be a risk of receiving money.).
Therefore, we are afraid but we decline the join the project.
We also have dealt with a similar project from B company, however, we declined due to the same situation.
