先日3台のファンを導入したカスタマーから再び連絡を受けました。
今回導入した3台のうち、2台に不具合が発生し、2台を新品に交換しました。
ところが交換したうちの1台に再度画像に乱れが生じており、
カスタマーからクレームになっています。
製品Aについて不具合はよく発生しているのでしょうか。
製品Bは現在貴社から4台導入していますが、故障は聞いていません。
製品Aについてカスタマーから説明を求められており、考えられる原因について至急教えてください。
Our customer who bought 3 fans the other day contacted us again.
2 out of 3 are troubled so we had changed those 2 to new sets.
But, our customer complained that 1 of them is again having a problem with the fluctuation in the video.
Does product A have such problems so frequently?
As for product B, we already bought 4 sets from your side, but we never heard of such problems.
We are requested for an explanation from the customer. so please rush to give your possible comments regarding the cause of the trouble, please.
