株式会社T-crossを創業して８年目に入りました。
この８年間は不動産業に特化し順調に売上も拡大していきました。
今を次のステップに進むタイミングだと考え、他業種に積極的に投資を進めていきます。
このプロジェクの主旨として自社だけで展開する事ではなく、シナジーが生まれる企業または人物と共同に
進めていきます。
その第一弾として青山の有名カフェGingerGardenをはじめ数多く有名cafeを運営するkavally Inc. CEOの永谷佳代子様
A notice of a new project.
We have founded the T-cross for over 8 years.
During the 8 years, we have been expanding good sales for the business, especially for real estate.
Now is the time for stepping forward to other businesses, therefore we enjoy investing in them. For this project, we will move on to this project not only us but also being with enterprises or people which of synergy will be created.
In the beginning, Ms Kayoko NAGATANI, the CEO of kavally Inc, runs famous cafes such as GingerGarden in Aoyama.
総合プロデューサーに迎えEIGHTSTAND by GingerGardenをオープン致しました。
現在中国を台頭に世界ではメジャーのコーヒーチェーン以外によりコンセプト重視のベンチャーコーヒーショップが多く展開されていて、新たな投資分野として注目されています。日本を代表を企業が残念ながらまだございません。その分野では世界的にも発展余地が大いにあると思い今回のプロジェクトに至りました。

We welcomed the general producer and opened EIGHT STAND by Ginger Garden.
With the rise of China, many concept-oriented venture coffee shops are being developed in the world other than major coffee chains, and are attracting attention as a new investment field. Unfortunately, there are no companies representing Japan yet. I came up with this project because I thought there was a lot of space for development in this field worldwide.
