7日に納期の確認連絡を頂いており返信できておらず申し訳ありません。Aの回答はBさんが担当されていた当時から何度も催促しています。各部署へ依頼すべき時期は過ぎており、回答は遅くとも今週内には頂きたいです。
Dの日程をずらすことは現実的ではないと考えます。私はAの製造はBと同じ5月と認識しています。ここから逆算すると4月に稟議を終える必要があります。Cと同じ時期に準備が必要です。またDの条件を19年時点と仮定して計算した結果を送ります。

Apologies - I received confirmation on the delivery date on the 7th and could not reply. I have requested an answer from A on many occasions since B was in charge. The time to ask each department has now passed. Please can I gain their reply this week, latest.
I don't think it is realistic to shift the date of D. I recognize that A is manufactured in May, the same as B. However, if you calculate back from this date, you see that approval has to be completed in April. Preparation is required at the same time as C, and we will also need to send the calculation results; assuming that the condition of D is as of 19 years.
