inletの圧力がoutletの圧力より高いということはありえないと思います。
笑い話ですが、日本でも圧力計がinletとoutlet逆に付いていた客先がいましたので、
無いとは思いますが、お客様に確認いただければと思います。
または、圧力計自体に不備があるかだと思います。
製造した樹脂に問題がないのであれば、機器自体に問題は無いのだと思います。
お客様に聞きづらいとは思いますが、圧力計の設置位置について確認してみてください。
念の為に確認ですが、機器を使用している樹脂はAでしたよね？
I don't think it is possible for the pressure at the inlet to be higher than the pressure at the outlet.
It's a funny story, but there was a customer in Japan who had a pressure gauge attached to both inlet and outlet.
I don't think this is the case, but I hope the customer will confirm that.
I think the pressure gauge itself may be defective.
If there is no problem with the resin used to manufacture the pressure gauge, then there is no problem with the device itself.
I know it is hard to ask the customer, but please check the installation position of the pressure gauge.
Just to be sure, the resin used for the equipment was A, right?
