これまでAという商品を何度も利用していますが、1台だけおかしい機器があります。
箱や本体のラベルは、Aと記載。ラベルのシリアルナンバーもAと記載。
Utiliityでチェックすると製品名はBという表示。
起動後のシステム画面でも製品名はBという表示。
ライブ画面の時には、「HDDを設置しなさい」とのエラー表示が出ます。
これはAではなく、Bとして認識しているため、使用ができない状況です。
認識されているシリアルナンバーやMACアドレスも間違っていて困っています。
対応策を教えてください。
I have used the product "A" many times, but there is one tool that is not right.
The label on the box and the unit says "A". The serial number on the label also says "A".
The serial number on the label also says "A", but when I check it in Utiliity, the product name says "B".
On the system screen after startup, the product name is B.
On the live screen, I get an error message telling me to install the HDD.
This is a situation where the product is recognized as B, not A, and therefore cannot be used.
I am also having trouble with the serial number and MAC address that are recognized as incorrect.
Please let me know what to do.
