Taking 14 hours time difference between Japan and Minnesota into account and adjusting our schedule (our interpreter and I) accordingly, the following are our preferred time slots.
1. 6 to 9am from Monday to Thursday in Minnesota time.
2. Or from 3pm on Friday in Minnesota time.
