＄125以上買い物をすれば、EMSの送料が無料になるということですか？

普通に注文をすると、通常の送料がプラスされてしまいますが、通常の送料を含め125＄以上購入すれば
発送方法はEMSになりますか？
例えば、商品代金が＄119.60で、通常の送料＄6.90
を加算すると＄126.50になりますが、
それを支払えばEMSで発送してもらえるのでしょうか？
送料を除いて＄125以上、という場合
