アメリカのXXX社に問い合わせたら、弊社の所在地が日本なので、日本のXXX社でしか対応できないと言われました。
よって、日本のXXX社にて商品の検査をしました。
その結果、貴社の商品は正規のパーツを使っていないので、XXX社の製品と認められない、という検査結果が出ました。
対象の商品はYYYとZZZです。
XXX社から届いた書類を添付します。
商品が正規品ということを証明できれば取り扱い量を10倍以上に増やせますが、弊社は未だに証明できていません。
証明する方法はありますか？

As a result of that, your items were not using the genuine parts so that the items are not acknowledged for the product of XXX.
The items for inspection were YYY and ZZZ.
We will attach the document from the XXX.
If you will prove these are genuine products, we will be assured to increase more than 10 times the quantity, we still will never be able to prove it.
