土地は、永らく駐車場として使われていた変形敷地で、街中でありながらも身近に自然を感じることができ、東側に隣接する駐車場以外は全て開けているという、まさに自分たちのライフスタイルに合った理想の場所でした。
ただ東側にある隣地（駐車場）に対しては、将来的に集合住宅なども建つ可能性がある事から、開口部は必要最小限とし、コンクリートの防火塀や敷地境界近くまで張り出した防火壁を設ける事により、先々に渡ってのプライバシーの確保と準防火地域の様々な法的制限を解決出来る様にしました。
The land is a deformed and used for car parking for a long time. You can feel nature even in the city, and this is an ideal place for our lifestyle because of the wide opening for all directions except for the car parking which is located on the east side.
But, a car parking area facing east might be building a housing complex in the future,
The opening should be minimised and by placing a firewall which is close to the boundary or a concrete fence, we have solved the issue on various legal restrictions of semi fire zones along with the privacy protections.
