4/15に日本郵便銀行から御社指定の銀行に国際送金をしましたが、昨日夕方銀行から送金不受理の電話連絡がありました。違う日本のメガバンクにも国際送金の相談をしましたが、直接御社の銀行には振込めないとの回答です。今年の4月から日本政府の指針で、ロシアと旧ロシア圏の国際送金が大変厳しくなりました。支払をペイパルでできませんか?ロシアの別メーカーの支払いもペイパルに切替えました。ペイパルの手数料を加算してペイパルの請求書をお送り下さい。ご迷惑お掛けしますが宜しくお願い致します。
I made an international transfer from Japan Post Bank to the bank designated by your company on April 15, but yesterday evening, I received a phone call from the bank about how the transfer did not go through. I discussed about international remittances with a different major bank in Japan, but they informed me that they do not transfer directly to the bank you wanted. According to the government policy from this April, international remittances to Russia and the old Russian Soviet have become very stringent. Could I pay by PayPal?
