商品を落札してから40日が経過しました。未だに商品は届いていません。セラーの方から来たメッセージは会社が倒産したけど、商品は送っているとメッセージが来てましたが、追跡ナンバーも無くて信用できません。ステータスも未だにシッピングになっていないし。ebayのルールでは45日を超えるとクレームの受付ができないと聞いてますので、そろそろ限界です。どうかすみやかに返金をお願いします。よろしくお願いします。
40 days have passed since I bid for the item. It has not arrived yet. The seller of the item has sent me the following message: he has dispatched the item though the company went bankrupt. But I cannot find a tracking number for the item, which I am afraid I fail to trust. The status of the item has not been changed to "Shipped". The rule of ebay shows that customers cannot complain after 45 days of the order. I cannot be patient any longer. Please get me refunded right away. Thank you very much.
