商品が届きましたが、
ぐちゃぐちゃに梱包されていました。
軽いものの上に重いものが置かれていたせいで
箱が凹んだ品物が10点以上ありました。
また、カッター傷も多く入っていました。
恐らくそちらで開梱時に入ったものだと思われます。
Myusの作業者によって梱包の品質がかなり異なりますが、
今回は特に酷い状態でしたので、

The item has been arrived but it was packed so much roughly.
We have items in crashed box more than 10, because you didn't care about placing the item in the box like heavy item was placed on the light weight item for instance.
In addition, we found so many scratches by cutter knifes as well.
Perhaps it seemed to be when opening at your side.
