昨日、日本Amazonからいきなり、「ASIN: B076Y11R6S」を出品停止にしたとメールが来ました。理由は適切なブランド名を入れてないということです。私は商品ページのブランド名欄に「element airsoft」を入力し、また、私はあなたの会社の商品URLとインボイスを提出しました。商品URLとインボイスには「element airsoft」とロゴが入っています。しかし、Amazonからは引き続き出品停止にすると再度返答がきました。
Yesterday an email came from Amazon Japan suddenly, saying to cease selling ASIN: B076Y11R6S. The reason they said was that it was not included in appropriate brand names. I entered :"element airsoft" in the brand name column of its product page and submitted your company's url and invoice again. The name "element airsoft" and logo are included in the product's url and invoice. However, a reply from Amazon came again that they will continue to cease its listing.
