Paypalに問い合わせたのですが、支払いは完了しており、売り手側が受け取りをしていないとの事でした。（売り手側の受け取りの設定に問題がある等）

この商品は是非買いたいので受け取りをして頂けないでしょうか？

Paypalのインボイスを送ってくだされば、そちらで商品代金を支払う事もできます。
