This application would be submitted under their clause of Conformity, which is designed to fast track products like ours that have already been approved in major foreign markets. Let me know how far Yoshio gets and if he's stumped, we can try to take the baton over here.

Our constraints are really just two, as I see it...
1. Cost. We are supplying him with the exclusive and need to know that the cost of obtaining the license will be made up in his sales and marketing efforts
2. We can't have anything new printed on the devices or packaging.
If those are not an issue, we are good to move forward.”

1、費用。こちらは彼に専属代理店として製品を供給するので、販売権を取得する費用が売り上げと売り込み努力によって賄われるかどうかを知る必要がある
2、製品あるいは包装には、何も新たに印刷はできない
