機械式腕時計をご購入のお客様に対して、ご購入日から12ヶ月間のメンテナンス保証をお付け致しております。（一部商品を除き）
保証期間内の時計については、自然故障の範囲内であれば無償で修理をさせて頂きます。
返品について
原則、返品対象は不良品に限ります。
お客様都合での返品は受け付けておりません。
Regarding the warranty
We give a 12-month maintenance warranty starting from the date of purchase to our customers who bought the mechanical wrist watch. (excluding some wristwatches)
Any watch within the warrant period can be repaired without charge if it is within the scope of natural damages.
Regarding return items
As a rule returns are restricted to defective watches only.
We do not accept returns for the customer's convenience.
