i told our agent that i was furious to learn that only yesterday and why the information tracking into the french post website not inform customers and is not updated. i sent many mail and phoned to many different service and i lost time to get information about these package!!
between Japan Post and French Post there are not connected during transit, only when there are delivered, some package has been delivered the 11 june and the restt these day

フランス郵便局のウェブサイトに追跡情報がなく、顧客へのお知らせも情報更新もないことが昨日になって判明し、弊社のエージェントに大変怒りを覚えていることを伝えたところです。荷物の情報について何度もメールを送り、色々な所に電話したのも時間の無駄でした！！
日本とフランスの郵便局は乗り継ぎ時に接続されておらず、一部は6月11日に配達されて残りは最近になって配達されていました。
おわかりいただけますでしょうか？？私の英語がつたなくてすみません、何度も同じ内容のメールをいただいているのでなんとかより良い説明をしようと努めています。
