貴社が求める条件は全く問題ないのですが、弊社は日本の個人事業主ですので（来年度から法人になる予定です）、VAT番号はありません。
後、trade certificateは日本のindividual numberの提出で宜しいでしょうか？
もしそれ以外に必要な書類がありましたら、教えてください。
A „normal“ distributorとしての契約を望んでいます。

I have no problem with the terms laid out by your company, however, as I am a sole trader in Japan I do not have a VAT number. (I am planning to incorporate next year.)
Also, regarding the trade certificate, is it ok to submit my individual number for this?
If you require any other documents then please let me know.
Once again, i would like to become a “normal” distributor of your goods.
