税関担当者様、
上記追跡番号の荷物を3月23日に日本郵便から「EMS：国際スピード郵便」で発送したのにも関わらず、3月27日から貴税関で止まっている。もう3週間近くも止まったままです。これでは「国際スピード郵便」で発送した意味がない。この荷物はイタリアAmazonで購入したが、欠陥品で返送したものです。商品の詳細は上記URLを参照ください。又、イタリアAmazonの返送ラベルも添付している。どうしてこんなに時間がかかるのか説明してください。又、早く検査を終わらせて下さい。
To a person in charge of customs
I sent the item by the tracking number above by EMS, speedy international mail, from Japan Post on March 23rd, but it has been stopped at your customs since March 27th. It has been stopped for nearly three weeks. Under the current situation, it is meaningless to have sent it by the speedy international mail. I purchased this item at Amazon Italy, but has returned it since it is an item with defect. Please refer to details of the item at the website above. I also attached a returning label of the Amazon Italy. Please explain why it takes such a long time. Would you finish inspection soon?
