型番が違いますので、枚数やサイズが異なります。
シートの違いを補うために余分なパッドを入れた、と説明されていますが、
そもそも製品が違いますので、納得できる理由にはなりません。
製品が違うのであれば、なぜ出荷前に説明をしなかったのですか?
勝手に違う製品を送っているのを認めておられるので、全額返金を希望します。
返送料金が高いので、製品は破棄します。
注文時の製品の写真がありますのでPaypalに証明することができます。

It is not the same product.
Since it has a different part number, it comes with a different quantity and size.
Although you explained an extra pad was inserted for filling up the sheet difference, it is a different product in the first place so your reason is not sense making.
If the product is different, why did not you provide an explanation prior to shipping?
I want a full refund since you admitted the fact that you shipped a wrong product without my consensus.
Since the return shipping cost is expensive, I dispose the product at my end.
I have a product photo upon order placement, so I am able to prove it to PayPal.
