先日は商品を送って頂いた商品ですが、残念ながらまだ受け取っておりません。
先ほど日本の郵便局へ問い合わせをしたところ、受取には”customs declaration CN23”が必要との回答でした。
お手数ですが、至急、私宛に”CN23”をPDFで送って頂けますか？
尚、次回からはお取引をスムーズにしたいので、発送時にはインボイスと一緒に”CN23”の添付もお願いします。
それと、私は〇〇の別の商品にも可能性を感じています。*例えば、リキッドなど。
何か新作が出たらお知らせ下さい。
As the item lastly shipped the other day but unfortunately I didn't receive it yet.
As I checked to Japan Post about that issue, it is said that required that ”customs declaration CN23” to receive the item. Sorry to put you any trouble but could you send me ”CN23” for pdf as soon as possible, please.
Next time I would like to make it smooth dealing , could you attach the CN23 with invoice please?
And I am just feeling the possibility for another item of 〇〇, eg liquid or something .
If any of new , please let me know.
