弊社ではUPSとフェデックスと契約しています。

What does "your freight forwarder" mean?
Does your company make a contract with logistics supplier, doesn't it?
Our company makes a contract with UPS and Fedex.
If I told the account number, can I ask you to deliver with our company's account?
