彼らにスケジュールを確認してみたのですが、店舗は３月10日から４月の始めまでは厨房を人に貸し出し、飲食のみの営業のようで、ショールームは閉めるようです。
ただ、タイミング次第でアポイントが取れるかもしれないので事前に直接メールで確認をしてみてください。
