私は日本郵便を利用していますが、その発送ラベルのデータで宜しいでしょうか？
またサンプルとして１つあれば良いのでしょうか？

I have one question about this sentence.
Does this mean any evidence that I shipped items directly from Japan to the customer in UK?
Is the data of the shipping label from Japan Post, which I used, OK?
Also, is 1 pc enough as a sample?
