If so, it is impossible to track it.
It is such a terrible response.
It was their fault in scanning.

Do you mean the package was shipped again with the same shipping label? In that case, we cannot track the item. It was a scanning error of the post office and their service sounds very poor. If the package comes back to you instead of arriving to my end, please do claim strongly at the post office. I hope I can receive the package as soon as possible.
