I checked and found that the email had been sent on Jan. 11th as you said surely.
It is mistake absolutely.
The delivery address was our company and vatglobal.
Because vatglobal hasn't informed, it helps us to send email to your company, too in the future.
Please respond to HMRC's inspection.
I have one thing which I am worried about.
If the suspend of Amazon prolongs, the reinstatement of the account cannot be done, again.
Because the account person in charge in Amazon corresponds mechanically whatever the reason, they may not hear any reason at all.
